Oceania
Cruises Oceania Cruises appeal to a discerning,
sophisticated traveler in search of world-class cuisine,
unparalleled personal service, and an enriching, in-
depth, destination oriented experience.
Oceania
Cruises was formed in 2002 by cruise industry veterans
Joe Watters and Frank Del Rio. Best in class cuisine,
destination oriented itineraries, and outstanding value
define Oceania Cruises' five-star product and position
the company as the cruise line of choice for traditional
premium and luxury category cruisers. The
onboard atmosphere is relaxed and reminiscent of the
casual elegance of a country club. Tuxedos and gowns
are never a requirement for dining so you can dress
and enjoy the evening comfortably. The overall feeling
is one that is never stuffy and void of any pretension.
You will enjoy the flexibility
of four open seating restaurants; you dine when, where
and with whom you choose. Our 5 Star menus are crafted
under the meticulously watchful eye of renowned master
chef Jacques Pépin, our Executive Culinary Director.
Host of numerous public television series, he is one
of America's best known chefs, food columnists and cook
book authors. He has also served as the personal chef
to no less than three French heads of state, including
Charles de Gaulle. Topped
with a dramatic, domed ceiling that is adorned with
a hand-painted fresco, the Grand Dining Room is reminiscent
of a classic European, 5-star hotel restaurant. The
tuxedo-clad wait staff serves six courses of American-inspired
Continental cuisine atop elegantly appointed tables
set with Villeroy & Boch China and European crystal.
To complement your dining experience, soothing melodies
from a classical string quartet or concert pianist tempt
you to take a spin around the dance floor. The
itineraries have been tailored to include many overnight
port stays allowing passengers time to immerse themselves
in the history, culture and local flavor of the region.
Our three mid-size ships afford
incomparable luxury, including cuisine that is simply
the finest at sea. There's a sense of warmth and intimacy
throughout, so the ambiance resembles that of a private
country club - casual, yet elegant.
After a day of
enriching shore excursions ashore or relaxing activities
onboard, you may dine in the privacy of your suite or
stateroom. An extensive Room Service menu is available
around the clock. For those guests in Owner’s, Vista
and Penthouse Suites, our Butler Service allows guests
to enjoy a course-by-course dining experience, with
cuisine selections from the menu of the Grand Dining
Room. Let our butlers cater to your every whim! Enjoy
breakfast, lunch or dinner on your private veranda,
as you take in spectacular seascapes. A
veritable oasis for the mind, body and soul, the Oceania
Spa by Mandara elevates pampering to a new level. The
tranquil ambiance encourages you to happily succumb
to an array of rejuvenating treatments. Try an Elemis
Aromapure Facial, which will leave your face with a
youthful, radiant glow. Or let the nimble fingers of
an able masseuse soothe away all the cares of the world.
With so many entertainment
and enrichment options, there is never a shortage of
things to do on an Oceania Cruises vacation. If you
prefer to plan the day in advance you might take part
in numerous scheduled activities, such as wine tasting
or rare vintage or stimulating lectures. If you'd rather
create your own diversions, consider the ship your playground.
No matter what you choose, you're sure to enjoy every
moment you spend aboard our ships.

We've gone to great lengths to create an experience
