If you happen to find a lower advertised price for your cruise, we'll match the rate or refund you the difference (if you have already paid in full).

Here is how our Low Price Guarantee works:

• If you find a lower advertised rate within 24 hours of booking with SevenSeasTravel.com, please call us toll-free at 800-608-7777.
• Provide us with the price details including where it was found. The lower advertised rate must be a price for the same cruise (same cruise line, ship, sailing dates, and cabin category) that you purchased through SevenSeasTravel.com.
• A Seven Seas Representative will review the details. If the lower rate is confirmed, we'll adjust your rate or process a refund for the price difference.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• You must have first purchased a cruise from SevenSeasTravel.com.
• The lower advertised rate must be a price found for the same cruise (same cruise line, ship, sailing dates, and cabin category) that you purchased through SevenSeasTravel.com.
• Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to group, incentive, interline, military or other rates that are not available to the general public.
• You must meet all requirements for the lower advertised rate (residency requirements for regional specials, age-related discounts, etc.).
• Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Promotional packages, group deals, air or land components, shipboard credit, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included.
• To claim a refund, you must contact us prior to your sailing date and within 24 hours of your SevenSeasTravel.com Cruises purchase. You must call us through our telephone number at 800-608-7777 to claim your refund.
• SevenSeasTravel.com is solely responsible for fulfillment on all valid claims.
• The lower advertised rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us.
• Your refund request will be reviewed and we will determine whether you have met the necessary requirements.
• SevenSeasTravel.com reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor’s lower price.
• SevenSeasTravel.com reserves the right to refuse the refund for any price errors by the competition or cruise lines.
• If your request is approved for a refund, you will receive a check reflecting the difference and this check will be mailed approximately two weeks after your cruise ends.
• Seven Seas Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
• Void where prohibited by law. SevenSeasTravel.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Low Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions on the SevenSeasTravel.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Price Guarantee and the Low Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions from the SevenSeasTravel.com web site. SevenSeas will process the Low Price Guarantee requests submitted prior to the time the guarantee is canceled and issue any qualifying refunds or discounts
